1 Definitions and Applicability

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus can only be received once and is not transferable.
• Bonus funds may not be used to bet on certain games — this list will be shown on the promotions page.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Active members can receive weekly cashback under the VIP programme. Up to 0.3% weekly cashback applies at the Bronze level, up to 0.7% at the Silver level and up to 1.0% at the Gold level. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses.

5.4 Promotion Changes

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the platform reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the deposited amount.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or not completed within the specified timeframe, the odds for that bet will be set at 1.00 and the member's stake will be returned.

6.3 Multi Bet

Multi bets can be placed with multiple selections. If all selections win, the full return is paid at the combined odds. If any one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

6.4 Maximum Payout

Each betting category has a maximum payout limit, which will be displayed in the relevant market at the time of placing the bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

1. Artificial or coordinated betting to take advantage of bonuses or promotions ("bonus abuse").
2. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or related parties.
3. Attempting to hack, manipulate or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software, odds or systems.
4. Falsifying account balance or withdrawal information.
5. Placing bets or receiving payments using another person's account.
6. Placing bets through automated bots or scripts.
7. Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

tk1971 bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if — the Terms are violated, identity verification is not completed, or the account is believed to be involved in suspicious activity.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact our support team via live chat or email. All withdrawals should be completed before closing the account.

8.3 Balance During Suspension

The balance may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing. Once the investigation is completed and no violation is found, the balance will be released.
